About the Company:

FREIGHTECH TRANS LLC, company based out of Lemont Il. ,currently is looking to make additional hires to help develop our new, separate Freight Brokerage Firm.

It’s a straightforward load planning position – the main expectations and responsibilities are outlined below:

Be fully present, ready and motivated every weekday .
Spend time researching, networking and acquiring new customers & carriers.
Covering loads and negotiating good rates via DAT, Truckstop, other load boards and personal connections.
Checking scores and vetting carriers/customers prior to booking.
Be ready to recover at any time; assist customers and drivers with issues whenever they encounter them.
Dispatching drivers with pick-up and delivery information through our software .
Creating new relationships with customers/brokers and building upon old ones.
Resolving accessorial requests.
Filling out new contracts with new customers/brokers or renewing them when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of verifiable dispatch or freight broker experience.
Knowledge of Hours of Service .
Ability to work as part of a team as well as solo.
